安全生产监管系统是利用摄像头、传感器以及其他监测设备，借助系统理论和信息工程技术对危险生产场所的“人的不安全行为”和“物的不安全状态”进行监控、采集、分析和处理，并将结果以图像、文字、灯光、声响等多种形式即时送达现场生产人员及各级监管部门的管理系统，实现全过程、全方位、全实时的安全生产管理，提高高危生产的本质安全度，达到尽早发现并处理事故隐患和违章操作行为，预防重、特大安全生产事故的目的。安全生产监管系统主要应用在军工生产核电、核材料，民用船舶生产，石油化工，煤矿、地下施工、高层建筑、民爆器材、烟花爆竹等种高危生产行业。
This system performs monitoring, acquisition, analysis and disposal of “unsafe behavior of personnel” and “unsafe state of the object” in dangerous production site by means of the pick-up head, sensor and other monitoring equipment as well as using the system theory and information engineering technology, and sends the results in image, character, light and sound forms timely to the operating personnel on the spot and the management system of each-level monitoring department to realize whole-process, omnibearing, whole-real-time safety production management and improve the essential safety degree in high-risk production, thus achieving the purpose of finding and treating the accident hidden troubles and operations against the regulations as early as possible, and preventing the major and the worst accidents in production. The system is mainly used in high-risk production industries such as military nuclear power and materials production, civil ship production, petrochemical industry, coal mine, underground construction, high-rise building, civil explosion materials, fireworks and firecrackers.
