JL-1K系留艇

JL-1K系留艇是靠填充轻于空气的气体（如氦气）产生的静升力升空、滞空的浮空器。具有滞空时间长、部署方便灵活、操作维护简单、制造和使用保养成本低等特点。可搭载通信设备（如高空基站）升空，提高通信覆盖范围，实现灾区应急通信；也可搭载光学成像设备，在社会重大活动中提供公共安全监视功能,是理想的应急通信和监视平台。

The tethered aerostat JL-1K is an aerostat which can be taken off and kept afloat by static lift generated by lighter-than-air gas (such as helium) filled in the envelop. It has following characteristics, such as long afloat time, convenient and flexible deployment, simple operation and maintenance, low cost for manufacture, employment and service. During flying, the tethered aerostat can carry communications equipments (such as base station at high altitude) and enlarge communications coverage so as to carry out emergent communications in disaster areas. It can also carry optical imaging devices and provide public security surveillance during important activities. Therefore, it is an ideal platform for emergency communications and surveillance.
